Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase 600U/mg
Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase is derived from Leuconostoc mesenteroides. It requirs NAD+ cofactor.
This a suspension of Glucose-6-phosphate NAD(P)+1-oxidoreductase in a 70% saturated ammonium sulfate. It is an enzyme useful for the deterination of D-glucose, D-fructose and D-sorbitol.
